1.Wire Mesh Welding Machine Product Description

1)This 3D fence mesh welding machine production line is developed and produced by the Chinese technical team and European engineers combined with the use experience of customers. The whole production line is very advanced and each system has been greatly improved.

2)The line wire feeding system is very precise, and the length range can be 75-2500 mm, the pull mesh system, mesh conveying system and mesh bending system are controlled by different servo motors, it can greatly improve the production speed.

2.Wire Mesh Welding Machine Features

1)Core advantage:

The bending system adopts high-speed bending machine, and the upper and lower molds move at the same time for high-efficiency production. The mesh stacking system adopts intelligent robot stacking system. Its advantage is that it can accurately and quickly place the mesh in order, reduce labor and save cost.

2)Mechanical advantages:

(1)The mesh length (fence height) can be adjusted arbitrarily 75-2500 mm.

(2)Vibration device is added to the cross wire feeding system to prevent wire winding.

(3)The line wire and the cross wire are precise positioning, mesh panel is flat ,mesh hole is standard.

(4)Cross wire spacing adjusted through the touch screen, different mesh sizes can set in the same mesh.

(5)The upper and lower dies of the bending machine move at the same time to save time.

(6)We can easily adjust the welding current when we need to weld different wire diameters.
